Thank you for choosing Praia for your bespoke dress! As each dress is tailored specifically to your size and preferences, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience with your purchase.

Custom Orders

All dresses are made to order based on the specific measurements and details you provide. Due to the bespoke nature of these garments, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Size and Fit

We recommend carefully reviewing our size guide and measuring instructions before placing your order. If you need assistance with measurements, please contact us before finalising your purchase.

Quality and Defects

We take great care in crafting your custom dress. If you receive a dress with a manufacturing defect or error in customization, please contact within 36 hours of delivering your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repairs, replacements, or adjustments at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for inspection. If the product is determined to be defective upon evaluation by our team, we will issue a full refund, including reimbursement for the return shipping fees.

Please ensure that the product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached. Additionally, it should be returned in the same packaging in which it was received.

You can return the product to one of our three facilities one in Mumbai, two in the USA which ever is the nearest and most convenient to you. We will share the address with you during the return process.

Please note that if our team determines the reported defect to be unsubstantiated, the product will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to cancel any refund in such cases, in accordance with our return policy.

Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We can accommodate changes as long as production has not yet started. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement. After this period, we begin the customisation process, and cancellations are no longer possible.
